Ms. Laurinda Y. Pang has been Executive Vice President of Global Accounts Management & International at CenturyLink, Inc. since November 1, 2017. Ms. Pang served as President - GAM & International at CenturyLink, Inc. since June 2017. Ms. Pang has been Regional President of North America and Asia Pacific at Level 3 Communications, Inc. since February 17, 2016 and served as its Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President from June 1, 2014 to February 17, 2016. Ms. Pang served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Level 3 Communications, Inc since October 2011 until June 2014. She served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Level 3 GC Limited (also known as Global Crossing Ltd.) and also served as its Senior Vice President of Human Resources since May 2009 where she led the global programs that supported its Strategic Imperative to focus on its people as the drivers of its future growth. She served as the Vice President of Customer Experience Reengineering at Global Crossing Ltd where she was responsible for business transformation initiatives related to customer experience throughout the global business, redefining the customer experience to create a best in class experience, designing processes and systems to improve business operations and enable significant growth in profitability and establish a corporate strategy for the future operating model. She served as vice president of investor relations at Global Crossing, was responsible for communicating the history of Global Crossing to the financial community, among whom are shareholders, bondholders and financial analysts. She served as a Chief of staff and Vice President of operations for the Chief Executive Officer at Global Crossing. Ms. Pang holds a BA in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University.
