Todd C. Schafer — Senior Vice President of Business Service Delivery & Operations at Lumen (formerly CenturyLink)

Mr. Todd C. Schafer has been Senior Vice President of Business Service Delivery and Operations at CenturyLink, Inc. since January 2013. Mr. Schafer served as President of Eastern Region at CenturyLink from April 2011 to December 2012 and its President of Mid Atlantic Region from July 2009 to March 2011. He served as Region Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Region of Centurytel, Inc. since 2004. Mr. Schafer served as General Manager, Appleton Market at Centurytel since 2001. He was responsible for the overall management of the newly formed Mid-Atlantic Region of the combined companies of CenturyTel and EMBARQ. From 2004 to 2009, he served as Region Vice President for the Southern Region of CenturyTel. Mr. Schafer's areas of responsibilities include Region Operations, Network Performance, Project Management, Video and CATV Services, New Product Deployment, Revenue and Expense Budgets and Sales. During his tenure at CenturyTel, he has led wireless and wireline operations for the eastern half of Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. In 2003 he led the Triple Play Video Team in developing a business case and the initial direction for IPTV and DISH. Mr. Schafer led the integration of five purchased independent telephone companies into Frontier's operating model. He serves as a Director of The North Carolina Technology Association Inc. He holds Bachelor's Degree/Accounting, Business Administration-Finance ' University of Wisconsin/Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
