William E. Bradley — Senior Vice President of Cyber Engineering & Technology Services at Lumen (formerly CenturyLink)

Mr. William E. Bradley, also known as Bill, has been Senior Vice President of Cyber Engineering and Technology Services at CenturyLink, Inc. since 2016. Mr. Bradley is responsible for managing, maintaining and developing CenturyLink's internal cyber security and engineering function and is helping grow CenturyLink's cyber-based technology services portfolio. He has been with CenturyLink for more than 30 years and has played an important role in helping to transform from a rural telephone provider to a global leader in advanced IP-enabled networks, cloud / hosting, IT services and cyber security. An industry-leading executive with more than 31 years at CenturyLink, he has a depth of experience in driving information technology and cyber security, transforming CenturyLink from a rural telephone provider to a global leader in advanced IP-enabled network, cloud/hosting, IT services and cyber security. He has a passion for innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit, illustrated by his efforts to establish CenturyTel as an Internet Service Provider in 1997. He joined CenturyLink in 1985. He served as Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of CenturyLink, Inc. since 1999 and Chief Information Officer since 2009. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of CenturyLink, Inc. since 2010. Mr. Bradley has been a Director of RiskSense, Inc. since February 6, 2017. He is also recognized externally for his ability to develop collaborative relationships between industry and academic organizations. He provides his expertise to academic advisory boards at several universities, including Louisiana Tech University and Louisiana State University, promoting the growth of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). He also serves on the board of cyber security company RiskSense. He holds Bachelor's Degree/Computer Science from Louisiana Tech University/Ruston, Louisiana.
