His remit spans the entire customer experience of the Unify brand, including shaping software and service offerings, sales approach, marketing message, commercial and consumption models and information systems. He has more than 25 years experience in Marketing and Technology, having held a number of executive level positions. He served as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Westcon Group, Inc. Mr. Hurley joined Westcon in April 2008 and was responsible for all IT matters in the organization. Prior to joining Westcon, he served as a Managing Director with Marsh & McLennan for 5 years, where he served as Global Chief Information Officer & Chief Information Officer, Americas, responsible for global sales, marketing and finance systems, as well as brokerage systems for the Americas. He oversaw the development of Marsh & McLennan global internet, intranet and extranet presence. He served as a Partner at Peppers & Rogers Group. He also worked for Mercedes-Benz USA for 12 years in a variety of capacities, including information technology, marketing and customer relationship management. He received his BSc degree in Computer Science from SUNY Albany and has an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
