As much overtime as you want

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Erica Campbell-Rodriguez was not helpful with her team, she would give them random tasks at the last minute and became angry if you asked her for help. Luxotticas call center sets you up for failure with their last minute training and expect you to know everything with no help.New hires get more pay

Better commission, salary, stop favortism

They dont care about talent only how they can get you to work more and refuse to pay you fairly.

Cause I work the same ever day I put in 110 percent .it took me five years to get a promotion.i put in over 50 jobs thats not fare.

I'm expected to do more than my responsibilities daily without a compensation increase. Leaders also expect employees to work outside of business hours. Recognition and a sincere appreciation for hard work would go a long way.

More investment options other than a 3% match

Cash is an easy fix, give raises to make job competitive, but hours worked and lack of help is more important than money. Also remove barriers to our own success like a bad lab and lack of control on inventory we know the customers want

I compare myself along side my CEO I should be compensated equivocally to him/her

Luxottica Milan has been streamlining a lob jobs into one person's job. The healthcare benefits are basic and health insurance doesn't cover women's family planning benefits. Most executives are white and male.

They want to schedule their associates near full time (39 hours a week), but won't offer benefits. Goals for sales like sun and multiples need to be adjusted and something that shows how the associate goes above and beyond.

Their evaluations were always about sales and never about the store teams or work enviroment or customers needs that I could help... I justo wanted to get out of this job which was cause me anxiety, so I accept the compensación without say a word

I make less than 10 dollars an hour after taxes and I have so much responsibility.
