I enjoy it but have always had to ask and threaten to leave for a raise rather then rewarded with one

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I enjoy helping people. The customers are appreciative. I love celebrating with them when they pick up their glasses. The pay is awful Fast-food chains are paying $15 starting wage $2.00 higher than I make as an optician. It is very difficult to get answeres about benefits and employee rights.
