I like when we are supported
The team in our office.
They are pretty straightforward and they know what they want and they will help you to get there but let's say you are having a bad day or something. The Tignor deserve it and watch you of whatever how old you are and then tell you oh you are not selling as you used to like what if I'm going through

the percentage of your paycheck matched for your 401k
I think bonuses are good when you make goal but the goal is set too high.
