Mr. James V. Laughlan has been a Vice President and Treasurer of Lydall Inc. since March 26, 2013 and since July 27, 2012 respectively. Mr. Laughlan has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Lydall Inc. since March 29, 2010 and served as its Controller since October 17, 2005 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer from December 4, 2007 to March 29, 2010. Mr. Laughlan served as a Controller at The Top-Flite Golf Company from February 2004 to October 2005. Prior to February 2004, he was employed by Moore Medical Corp. served in the roles of Controller and Assistant Controller since August 2002. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP in 1994, providing audit and accounting services to various companies until August 2002. Mr. Laughlan holds a BS in accounting from Bentley College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
