Mr. Dale G. Barnhart has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Lydall Corporation and Lydall, Inc. since August 27, 2007. He has been a Director of Lydall Corporation since August 27, 2007 and Lydall, Inc. since October 2007. Mr. Barnhart also served as a Member of Advisory Board of Madison Capital Partners. He is an Executive Director of the Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association and is an active member of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Association. Mr. Barnhart holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
