Bonus potential is above average
Benefits, vacation time, family first. Amazing company.
They have great benefits, but I do feel it is time for an update to some of their offerings. For instance, their 401K match is relatively low compared to comparable companies in the industry. Additionally, the parental leave options are very behind the times, and could use review and update.

We learn from each failure and are able to implement changes
We all work together.. however, there is always one.
My team is relatively small, so we all get to know one another pretty well. Since everyone has been here so long, there is a great wealth of knowledge to be gleaned from my team. There are a couple of people who are a bit stuck in their ways, and not as willing to adapt, however.

Management.... it comes from the top down and they are AMAZING.
We work in claims, so often our clients have had negative experiences. It can be easy to become jaded in a settling like that. However, our corporate culture of doing the best by our customers really makes it easy to feel positive about our daily interactions.
Change management - have the top accountable for no sales, not all the non sales workers
The recruiters knew about the business and could answer questions you don't always expect them to know about the operation.
There was never a time that I felt that I was being left out or that I didn't know my standing in the interview process. The manager clearly communicated dates and expectations with me, and then followed through with those expectations. One of the best interview processes I've experienced.
