How's the work pace at Macy's?

Depends on where you are. If you are in store it’s frenetic. If you are at corporate it’s at the whim of senior execs. At Digital we were overworked for 6 months out of the year and the rest of the time we were searching for relevance.

It varies. It can be nonstop busy for your entire shift to dead slow for the entire shift.

If they would concentrate on work instead of music and eating we would get a lot more done.

fast pace but on down time you organized your floor....greet people in passing always......absolutely loved being there

They expect you to do the jobs of your superiors but you won't make a dime helping.

In the Macy's I work at its a pretty calm pace, unless it's rush hour.
