
Biased. Hard to find someone who goes by the book. Even HR has thrown their own under the bus to save their own skin.
From what I have seen, not properly. There are major breakdowns in communication and a very evident lack of consistency.
Over the phone and by mail. Face to face is a thing of the past.
well gos to immediate mgr first.....then mgr if need hr advice calls corporate....
They are good to keep track of every employee
