My experience has been a good one, I just wish the retention rate and pay was better.
What makes you most happy at work?
I never know what my day will bring. That makes it exciting, interesting and keeps it fresh.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand that it is a tricky subject, but when I hear about such great benefits at other companies like good health insurance that is affordable and includes dental, vision, and good wellness benefits it makes me wonder why we are not able to do the same.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It would be my wish that people would make parts the right way the first time so we didnt have to make them over. We have good people who have been here a long time. We also have many new people. That gap in experience makes it difficult sometimes.
