Hands down, the best company I have ever worked for. Even though I have only been here 1.5 years, I still pinch myself daily. The All Hands, was such a great experience. To meet people that you work with daily, in person, was the best feeling. I LOVE MY JOB.

The leadership team is so approachable. They truly care about the employees.

That I can rely on anyone of them, and they will have no issues having my back if needed.

We are a TEAM. We can count on each other for any tasks. Great team to work with.

It is more than most companies offer. My pay is drastically higher than my last job. The benefit are awesome.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone is willing to go the extra mile to make this company succeed. That upper management keeps up apprise of the company happenings. I'm excited and anxious for the next chapter X brings!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that we can work remotely from home and that management "trust" us to get the job done. Knowing that I can count of my coworkers to help out. Feeling like I'm part of a team, and not the "lone" person in a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working for a company that is not afraid to let their employees know they are doing a good job. Feedback from the AMs, are always positive. I want this company to go far, and I will be proud to have worked here during the main building phase of Maergo.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Realizing what my worth is to an employer. Being under appreciated (benefits, salary, etc) is very detrimental to your mind set when it comes to your career. Being here is like a breath of fresh air, and a renewed sense of my purpose to help this company be the best it can be.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I don't think anything needs to be changed for the culture. We are a very positive company. Of course more customers would make everything better. Just like the saying, good thigns come to those who wait. I know the damn is going to break, and we will be crazy busy, which will be a great moment.
