What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great. Everyone is humble, willing to learn, and are hard workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the people and the challenges. There is a good balance of challening days and slower, more casual days.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Ive always high deductable insurance and im impressed that X was able to get a comparable plan to what ive had in the past with much bigger companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders have a vision and they have communicated it well: even in the recent uncertainty. I think whats most important is that you can feel the enthusiasm and confidence from the middle management leaders which are the people most of us interact with on a daily basis.
