I feel I am compensated fairly here and the company keeps looking for ways to improve and upgrade our benefits package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We listen to each other. We are always supportive and there for our teammates to lend a hand where help is needed. No one is afraid to get their hands dirty to get the job done and improve the customer experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is so refreshing to work for a company where the leadership team not only listens to employee concerns, but puts together a plan of action to address the concerns head on. Also the level of trust and autonomy given to employees is incredibly appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we are a fully remote company, which definitely brings its challenges, I never feel alone. We are always in communication with one another and supporting each other. Executive leadership does a great job of being transparent when changes have taken place and are always open to questions.
