They communicate clearly and often, are fairly transparent, and always available to speak 1-on-1.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy at work when clear goals are set and achieved and there's always something new to learn.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team! We communicate well and support each other. There's not one bad personality in the bunch. Hiring good people makes for a really pleasant work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd feel better about compensation if there were a plan for raises in place. We work well beyond our job titles here, and a 5-10% bump annually isn't too much to ask for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's life outside of work. When duty calls, job performance is what matters, but otherwise, I'm free to schedule my day as I see fit and am given ample free time and PTO to take care of personal matters and enjoy a life outside the office.
