The team is willing to face real problems and find creative solutions that push the business forward.

They are all well thought out, well articulated individuals. They all have a drive to realize the potential of the company and build a great product
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I personally feel under utilized for my skill set. I also feel like I lack exposure to decision making and that I have become more of a "doer" than a problem solver / strategic thinker
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While being compensated in equity is fantastic, it should not be an offset to cash compensation. Equity is an alignment tool, to have employees invested in the companies future. Cash compensation, for me, feels significantly below what I could achieve on market.
