What do you like best about the leadership team? What I like best about the leadership team is honesty, loyal, trustworthy and integrity my team makes me feel as though it's not just a job but we are a family and that's what's important to me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?I honestly rather not disclose that information to you, it's completely confidential.
What are some of the best things about your team? Some of the best things about my team is, the time and effort that we put in to get the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The marketing team as a whole is underpaid compared to industry standards. Marketing Managers responsible for realizing and managing tens of millions of dollars are barely making above $75K in New York City, one of the most expensive cities in the world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? When you make people wait to be promoted on a yearly bases. Why should the employee work hard all year long? If they have to skills to qualify them to the next job title promote them. In the end the company will lose more money when the employee leaves then it would to give them the small raise.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Internal diversity and women groups
