Cultivating a spirit of unity and encouragement. Talking down to employees and not paying them IS NOT the way to build a company but after labor/work is done...I suppose it helps Upper Mgmt save money when workers leave without pay for any minor unforseen event. "Great job on Budgeting!

Health insurance is cheap, full college tuition paid 100%, mileage reimbursement, unlimited PTO, AMEX corporate card, dollar for dollar up to 6% match 401K, extra 2% 401K bonus at year end, commission paid monthly, expenses reimbursed weekly

The cost of living vs the pay wages
Maybe an attorney can put that better than I can especially since my insurance benefits were canceled immediately upon my termination which is illegal in Pennsylvania.
As a temp agency driver, we only get paid $12 an hour, and with the cost of living rising, it's hard for us to stay afloat. If you know what I mean.
I receive only minimum wage. I volunteer for extra duties/responsibilities with no additional compensation offered.
Workers should be paid, workers should be allowed to make a livable wage that sustains. Systematic oppression is not the way to retain happy employees. Human Rights violations - no water to drink on hot days. Provide an anonymous group survey of ALL the employees on site at Manhiem Dallas Auction.

Being able to tak about what you think needs improvement without the fear of being looked down upon or as if you are complaining.

Very short to the point
Laid back, easy going atmosphere
I showed up worked and they paid me
They sold me a dream but it is Nightmare on Manheim Street
They clearly explained the expectations of the job, it was very through and didnt take long to make an offer,
Make sure that you don't have somebody as a nap as Mabel in charge of HR and interviews because she never did a job interview and oh yeah by the way I still have my signed contract for Manheim Auto auction in Cox corporation which Manheim Auto auction breached that contract
