What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lots of photo opt partys and awards for them Patting each other on the back
They are open and friendly. They help people grow!
They have been very supportive
CEO is very forward thinking in the sense of not settling for mediocrity but to be the leader for the next century.
Everyone looks out for one another.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Identifying workers that are worth keeping instead of having a high turn over rate
leading the team giving credit when credit is due
Cultivating a spirit of unity and encouragement. Talking down to employees and not paying them IS NOT the way to build a company but after labor/work is done...I suppose it helps Upper Mgmt save money when workers leave without pay for any minor unforseen event. "Great job on Budgeting!
Listening to women instead of just giving lip service to diversity
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance and an abundance of PTO
Pto, benefits, 401k and pay
its was fair and affordable
Health insurance is cheap, full college tuition paid 100%, mileage reimbursement, unlimited PTO, AMEX corporate card, dollar for dollar up to 6% match 401K, extra 2% 401K bonus at year end, commission paid monthly, expenses reimbursed weekly
sometimes there are bonuses and free lunches
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living vs the pay wages
Maybe an attorney can put that better than I can especially since my insurance benefits were canceled immediately upon my termination which is illegal in Pennsylvania.
As a temp agency driver, we only get paid $12 an hour, and with the cost of living rising, it's hard for us to stay afloat. If you know what I mean.
I receive only minimum wage. I volunteer for extra duties/responsibilities with no additional compensation offered.
Workers should be paid, workers should be allowed to make a livable wage that sustains. Systematic oppression is not the way to retain happy employees. Human Rights violations - no water to drink on hot days. Provide an anonymous group survey of ALL the employees on site at Manhiem Dallas Auction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all in the same boat
All been around for 5 or more years
Just my coworkers to he honest
We all are willing to step in and help. We are comfortable with eachother.
They are all willing to make changes when necessary

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The paid time off pto
The diversity is ingrained into every day activities
Being able to tak about what you think needs improvement without the fear of being looked down upon or as if you are complaining.
The different people and their personal attitude. People from all walks of life
Camaraderie, hard working, customer driven

What did you like most about the interview process?
Very short to the point
Laid back, easy going atmosphere
I showed up worked and they paid me
They sold me a dream but it is Nightmare on Manheim Street
They clearly explained the expectations of the job, it was very through and didnt take long to make an offer,
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make sure that you don't have somebody as a nap as Mabel in charge of HR and interviews because she never did a job interview and oh yeah by the way I still have my signed contract for Manheim Auto auction in Cox corporation which Manheim Auto auction breached that contract
What makes you most happy at work?
Then i feel we did well
Everything, trying to achieve the goals that have been set
Interaction with peers and sepervisor
Leaving at the end of the day. Ask the entire Operations Lot. We are oppressed and have to sneak away to relieve our bladders etc. If caught, some are sent home without pay
My customers, employees, automotive industry, sales, make my own schedule
