the leadership team here are really great. they apprieciate everyone who works there, no matter if the employee is seasoned or a beginner. they also take care of potential customers and guests on their property.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Identifying workers that are worth keeping instead of having a high turn over rate
leading the team giving credit when credit is due
Cultivating a spirit of unity and encouragement. Talking down to employees and not paying them IS NOT the way to build a company but after labor/work is done...I suppose it helps Upper Mgmt save money when workers leave without pay for any minor unforseen event. "Great job on Budgeting!
