What do you like best about the leadership team?It has a clear vision to transform the company. And it makes small stride quarter by quarter to realize the goal
What is the best part about your compensation package?Retirement and health benefit. The cash pension account is great and the vitality point discount is also a valuable part of the package
What are some of the best things about your team?My colleagues are really knowledgeable and very capable. By spending time around them, I felt I grow every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Because the nature of the company's business, the pay scale is heavily lean to the actuarial staff. Even thoughts, I am probably working on the same level of data analytical project, my pay is significantly lower. I want my pay is either in par with the actuarial dept. or least in the ball-park.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?my co-workers are great. We all coming from a tech background and really look after each other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Definitely less reporting. There are so many reports from my opinions are totally useless.
