What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always there to help and assist in any way possible
They are transparent and accommodating.
Take appropriate action when necessary.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Autonomy at country level.... rather than a one approach imposed globally
Honesty and accountability. Lacking tremendously
Do the right thing and resign
Provide development for their employees and not worry so much about their own and how we impact their growth
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and generous amount of paid time off
Excellent dental hsa and lots of other perks
I really do not care about the compensation package.
The ease of being able to work remotely when necessary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid for work load and coming into office daily
No development direction or guidance from direct boss. Action plan for growth within company, feedback and positive feedback and encouragement
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate and assist each others with work load.
Highly competent in their roles.
Proactively help each other with workload
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Pay attention in meetings and read/follow new procedures
Some seemed nice, others had a terrible immature attitude
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is part of the team regardless of your titles. Everyone makes an effort to assist one another.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management was not supportive in anyway. My male supervisor flirted in front of me with the female manager- very inappropriate.
Better management, honesty and accountability. Maturity
Management needs to resign immediately
No issues with the culture.
Again positive feedback and knowing your boss cares and takes action regarding development of their employees
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to sit and meet with HR
It was straight forward and easy
The interview process is casual, straightforward and accommodating.
THe phone interview was a very nice.

When there is downtime in between calls
I feel like I am an important piece to the team. Everyone is respectful and will to help.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It would be nice to have more amenities at work: TV , full kitchen.
