How employees describe working at Mapfre
Not infringing on personal properties of those who choose them for insurance. Having to inspect interior and exterior of a long time insurers property is ridiculous
Management was not supportive in anyway. My male supervisor flirted in front of me with the female manager- very inappropriate.
When there is downtime in between calls

3 gorgeous buildings that are beautiful complexes. Very easy to concentrate as it is mostly quiet with all the conversation going on

That they are a very top heavy organization when it comes to salary

Not high due to employees being underpaid compared to the same positions at similar companies

40 to 45 hours weekly

A mixed bag. Personally have been very fortunate with my Supervisors
