How employees describe working at Mapfre
Not infringing on personal properties of those who choose them for insurance. Having to inspect interior and exterior of a long time insurers property is ridiculous
Management was not supportive in anyway. My male supervisor flirted in front of me with the female manager- very inappropriate.

You are given almost 5 weeks vacation off the bat but if you use that time before the end of the year and go into no pay stays you face disciplinary action that usually ends in termination no matter the reason why.
