I worked at Mapfre for about 4 months. The training was terrible. I am disgusted with the way these supervisors handled things and if you had a complaint they blamed it on you, not the actual person (trainer) that was causing the issue. Would not recommend working for this company.

Better management, honesty and accountability. Maturity
