I started out loving my job, I put alot of effort into providing a positive experience to our customers, but it quickly became apparent to me that my store has a culture of making fun of people behind their back and generally not showing any real caring about producing good faith in our brand.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been a consistently hard worker who has never said no to any managers request for 6 months and have stayed late every week to help make up for our labor shortage, yet I make less than minimum wage as far as my paychecks are concerned and do not receive enough hours based on work performance
