Washing dishes, cleaning, keeping busy while waiting for the next delivery.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Positive reinforcement, constructive critisizm instead of degrading workers for minor mistakes (this is mainly the store owner)
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being promised to be able to work full time during the interview then having my hours cut from 35 to 22
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont get given enough hours to qualify for health benifits or insurance, you would think that by paying a skilled worker who has been in the workforce for 5 years minimum wage, you would be able to give them a minimum 30 hour work week. The answer is no for my store.
