I have been working there for almost 2 years now . Recently they took away our cash tips and i was more eager to earn those then sit on the clock. I feel that if you're gonna reduce the the ways someone can earn money then you need to raise the pay. It feels like they dont care and i want to quit

If they made a change in how they are treating their employees. Make us feel heard and understood
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The poeple to me are what make the store . Outside of us as indiviauls much more can be improved theoughout the quality of our store and how it is handled
What makes you most happy at work?
The customers . I enjoy most of the conversations i do have. Most people just want to feel welcomed and not judged and i feel like i am able to give them that as well with their order
