Tips. Work environment. The customer base is good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of my coworkers are fun & understanding, and actually are good team members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay for sure. It's a lot of hard work for min pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the ones who do actually work, they are great but it's very few who do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does well but they also do most of the work & are very busy because most of the time the GM is not there, does not answer her phone when needed and just does not seem to know what she is doing!
