With the exception of the GM, management is absolute garbage.

I hate this place but with COVID currently I can't afford to leave.

Actually doing their job, I have to pick up the slack of everyone else because they can't just do the basics of their jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was paid more for my time. I put in way more effort and time and still don't get a raise? It's almost comical. If you want people to stay at your company pay them better.
