Anyone that walks in here views our manager as fake or off putting so they only return because of the food
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm being paid $8.75 to open a store and spend 6- 10 hours a day here and make sure everything runs smoothly in an economy where the minimum to live off of is about 10-12$
