They need to control middle management better. They should include more time off incentives. They also should get rid of the more useless rules like: no hands in your pockets, no sleeve tattoos, or getting a haircut every week.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel military should be paid more and if I can be a good recruiter here and love it why not do it for a good company
I would like to be paid for the actual work I do. As an aircraft mechanic, I get paid the same as a desk worker.
