the drive for success to mission accomplishment. I love being a recruiter and am looking to do it outside of the military where I believe I can get paid more for my success' in the Marines

It is a team approach to problem solving

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to control middle management better. They should include more time off incentives. They also should get rid of the more useless rules like: no hands in your pockets, no sleeve tattoos, or getting a haircut every week.
