The drive to be successful and never write less than 2 contracts a month
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being a recruiter and the "fix" of selling and closing on individuals is an addiction
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel military should be paid more and if I can be a good recruiter here and love it why not do it for a good company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the drive for success to mission accomplishment. I love being a recruiter and am looking to do it outside of the military where I believe I can get paid more for my success' in the Marines
