The vibe is open to employee. Fellow associates are nice and helpful. Guest are nice and challenging. For my role, I have fun all the time. I can connect to people easily. I just wish for full time hours. If there are hours avalible one could get them. But the hours are low if one is a WTM.
What's the vibe like in the Marketing dept at MarketSource? How many hours are you working?
I work no more than 40 hrs/wk. In my department it is stressed that work/life balance is extremely important and we are not allowed over 40 hr/wk.
