They have no idea what they are doing
Communication with workers, scheduling more evenly. Answering phone calls if you're hr. Replying in a timely matter, rather than going days without. Actually listening to the workers. HR replying to emails. Someone to speak to if you're not getting hours. Actually caring about all workers, not some.
Communication with employees and sales force. Training needs be be far more thorough.

Hippocracy, my other coworker would tell us not to wear certain shoes and then would repeatedly break dress code herself.
Marketsource will hire anyone with a pulse they are always desperately searching for employees so oftentimes you end up with a group of idiots to work with.

Understand we cannot possibly meet insanely high sales goals. They need to stop pushing us to push product so hard. It's tiring.

Interviewer had a disability and asked the least about me or my background, said some thing to hype me up for being a part of the team, then the company failed to deliver on her promises. Lacked professionalism and the skills needed to find the right candidates.

I feel like everything is going wring and I don't see it changing, marketsource is a company fueled on greed that likes to exploit its employees. I believe they need more flexible schedules on site managers, and a change of attitude.
Again, it's the culture. Leadership needs to stop pressuring us so hard and maybe things will improve.
