Well, you will have all the material needed and more if necessary for your work. I do believe they could help out on other benefits like paying for the internet or getting a better health coverage. However, they do more than enough to be satisfied and to want to work with them.

Generally the business mod is based on having reps im seats, not on how well the reps perfom. If you want to make more money you have to "move up" to be a manager or team lead, regardless of how mauch revenue you bring in for the client as a rep. One more reason attrition is so high.

I would like to see pay track with cost of living. There has been one COLA increase in MANY years.

The pay is too low compared to the same role 25 miles away in Salt Lake City. The cost of living is rising but the pay is not. Pay needs to be raised.
