Well, you will have all the material needed and more if necessary for your work. I do believe they could help out on other benefits like paying for the internet or getting a better health coverage. However, they do more than enough to be satisfied and to want to work with them.

I love that Marketstar values mental health, and provides coaching and therapy sessions.

The salary is fair for the work I do and the benefits package is amazing. I get as much PTO after 3 years with MarketStar as my dad gets after 30 years at his company!

MarketStar's benefits are great! In addition to the standard health and retirement benefits they offer paid parental leave, robust mental wellness benefits, generous PTO and a hardship loan program.

The tuition reimbursement is awesome.

Being a student interested in pursuing my MBA, the tuition reimbursement is important to me.

It is fair when you consider the work load. Other companies that have offered the same pay have had much more demanding schedules.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Generally the business mod is based on having reps im seats, not on how well the reps perfom. If you want to make more money you have to "move up" to be a manager or team lead, regardless of how mauch revenue you bring in for the client as a rep. One more reason attrition is so high.

The company will pour affirmations, enhanced benefits, recognition, and extended education into employees. However, it is difficult for quality performers to reach new levels in compensation, in comparison to other industries I've been in.

I would like to see pay track with cost of living. There has been one COLA increase in MANY years.

The pay scale is a little light compared to other companies with similar positions. Benefits are great but pay could be more competitive.

The pay is too low compared to the same role 25 miles away in Salt Lake City. The cost of living is rising but the pay is not. Pay needs to be raised.
