Pay is lower than it should be compared to the surrounding companies.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Pretty casual and friendly - M* looks for people who are compatible and willing to be trained.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great group of people - easy to work with and we own our own actions. Not micromanaged.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is too low compared to the same role 25 miles away in Salt Lake City. The cost of living is rising but the pay is not. Pay needs to be raised.
