Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the market value for the role I'm in, I believe I could and should be earning more money. Especially with inflation.

They're incredibly supportive and they celebrate the small wins. Everyone is recognized for the work they contribute and leadership encourages growth in the employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet different people who I'd be working with. I work in training, and I got to create and facilitate a training on a topic of my choosing. It was a really fun interview process!
