Overall it has been a very positive experience. However, some managers are very toxic and upper leadership does not stop this.

Upper leadership is inviting and open. You can schedule sync time even with the executive team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are paid far less than market value with no annual cost of living pay increase. Bonus' are typically unattainable.
