I like MarketStar and the people I work with. The compensation is lagging behind inflation and we are told to grow with the company to get an increase in salary. That doesn't work for everyone. I love the flexibility of schedule and the great boss I have. Overall I am pleased with my job at M*

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quarterly bonus makes up for some of the lack of regular pay. But a capped bonus is not a great incentive for salespeople.
