I have been working for about 2 years and so far I like everything. The company often holds general events, there is access to training programs and a health support website. In my opinion, this is an ideal option for starting a career.

My responsibilities have changed a lot, but the position and salary have remained the same

The best thing is that we are from different countries, different cultures, and we all work together as one team. This is an incredible experience for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that Marketstar is international company. We share with each other the peculiarities of our national cultures, learn words in different languages and organize days of national cuisine.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing is the attitude towards employees, the ability to find an approach to each employee, they are always open to suggestions and ready to help if it needed. It gives me, as a foreigner, the necessary support.
