Need to to be "All in" for MarketStar instead of splitting time helping other companies and chasing acquisitions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see pay track with cost of living. There has been one COLA increase in MANY years.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Recruiters were unresponsive and uncoordinated, and applying through Workday is unnecessarily time consuming. Why did MarketStar make me create an account in Workday to apply?
