I have been here for over a year now and I have loved all of the growth opportunities that MarketStar provides. I have learned so many new aspects of not only my job, but about the industry I work in. They are very employee focused and want you to be happy doing your daily job.

I enjoy coming to work, looking forward to new challenges that I know will arise and feeling fairly confident I have been given the tools and resources that I can find success as I tackle said challenges.

After 30 years in Retail, having benefits is a huge blessing!

I was interviewed by peers and by one of my eventual managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Giving and receiving support has been such a great change from the retail environment I came from.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team helps each other and supports when needed. We work together as a team so that we all succeed together.

We have a diverse and equal workforce. I believe everyone feels safe at work and we all are treated as equals.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy helping my clients find success. When they are successful they want to help me to succeed. It is a win win relationship.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are invested in us as people, not just numbers. They check in to see how my life is outside of work. I appreciate the check in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I come from a retail background that had little or no benefit package. The benefits have allowed me to not stress over insurance and wellness checkups. I love having added peace of mind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is filled with people that have very similar backgrounds to the rest of the employees. My current manager used to be on the front lines with the rest of our team. It is great to see the promotion that continues the growth process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very diverse team, but that is what makes us such a great fit, we all bring our various backgrounds and when there is a question that comes up we can solve it in a variety of ways and all of them are effective. We succeed as a team.
