What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the people, they are trying to make this place as great a workplace as possible. We see that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is real, it's tricky being remote, but I feel the company values in what we do. Managers are good at reminding us about them.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with are great, but I get to try things that are new and untested, and that is fun. It changes all the time, so it never gets boring for sure.
