Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at MarketStar and I see myself staying with this company for the foreseeable future. The pay is on par for the work/life balance we receive and we should expect to see it grow in coming quarters due to inflation adjustments. I love MarketStar and its people.

I enjoy my bonus and the PTO.

Finishing my duties ahead of schedule and helping my clients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Outside of the basic benefits, I enjoy our $4,000 annual tuition reimbursement and dependent care reimbursement benefits.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It is more personable and less restricting. They have a format but they don't grade you to the tee.

We are collaborative, supportive, always share laughs, and beat our goals. I couldn't ask for more in a team.

MarketStar invests in their employees and coaches them to grow into bigger roles if the employee has the desire to grow.

They have a transparency approach and have great communication about the direction they'd like to take the company so that everyone is aware and onboard.

What makes me happiest is beating my metrics and knowing that I will be noticed the majority of the time for things I consider as achievements.

The individuals that make up the culture and the autonomy in our work environments allows you to step up and take full credit to own your achievements.
