I'm a pretty introverted person, but working at Marketstar has helped me work my way out of it. I feel comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and even giving feedback. I definitely love the work environment here and how caring my co workers really are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is recognized. Not one person is left out or behind for anything. Birthdays, anniversaries -- it's acknowledged.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I got to share my experiences. I don't like interviews, honestly, but I didn't feel intimidated.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is great. They all have such welcoming personalities -- past leadership (in other workplaces) I would feel intimidated, but not here!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare is so much cheaper compared to other places I've worked - definitely love that I can have my kids covered for a fair price.
What makes you most happy at work?
Sharing my wins, and reading about my team's wins. I also highly enjoy that I get to learn about businesses and what it takes for them to be successful. I get to help them be successful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super supportive. They give helpful tips on things that have worked for them, they are generous and have offered meals, rides, etc. to others on our team. Someone on my team told me the other week: "We are a team, for one person to succeed, we all need to succeed."
