We all communicate with each other very well and always treat each other fairly and encourage each others success.
They host a lot of company wide virtual events and take that time to shout out employees that are doing well.
It is fair when you consider the work load. Other companies that have offered the same pay have had much more demanding schedules.
We encourage and support each other. We all know we can lean on each other and we all help each other anytime we can.
I have worked here for years with no cost of living increase and the economy has changed DRAMATICALLY in that time. MarketStar says they are working with the clients to get them, but MStar employs us. Not the client. Mstar needs to step up and do what's right while they negotiate with the clients.
