Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

That's even more challenging. Facing issues like unpaid overtime and unfair treatment during your notice period is frustrating and stressful. It's like adding insult to injury when you're already transitioning out of the company.

We don’t get compensation at a

pay a wage that you can feed your family!

In the flex program some amazing benefits, like a full time job. But wish it was an actual one.

Overloaded works resulting in extra 1hr work everyday and impossible brand standard audit due to lack of man powers and lower wage than government standard.

We’re being put to work beyond our job description & doing other associates job while being disciplined when it’s not done r

Singing new employees and honoring their rights

Review from Operations Dept

match our rate of pay in a manner that is consistent to the growth or lack there of in the economy. board members make enough with their stock options, the hotel wants a 5 star review on a 1 star interaction with employees.

Being paid based on my knowledge and experience

I believe if i could be permanently employed i could be very satisfied.

Review from Customer Success Dept

If they actually took a minute to read my resume instead of worry about how long youve been with the company then it would make me feel valued. At least talk to me and hear me instead of autmatic denial.

Review from Sales Dept

People who just started have 5 shifts a week, those of us who have been here much longer have been cut down to 4 shifts a week with zero explanation

Compare to other hotels in the same location, pay is lower

They stop cutting my hours

that the work environment is pleasant and, above all the rights of everyone are respected equally. Evaluate the work of managers, they do not meet the profile they must have to perform their work.

Very much so under valued, better wages for the job we're required to do, we often have to go beyond specified task because of issues beyond our control.

Raise as well as position change

Review from Engineering Dept

Working the shift i applied for with the amount of hours im suppose to get

Been there for 20 years and the people that just started make more or the same as I do. The equipment doesn't work 75% of the time. I had back surgery but I come to work faithfully and have to work extra hard because no one is taking the time out to properly fix the equipment. In that I'm makei less

I make $18 an hour and front desk makes more. But I work in food and beverage and we do a whole lot more work than them and also have to deal with the same rude entitled or sometimes kind people who come in, and we have to clean too. We should have at least 10 free nights a year most hotels do it.
